Meet our Founder
Karl-Philippe Vallée is a finance professional based in Montreal with multidisciplinary expertise in finance, real estate, and mortgage brokerage. He holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designations, as well as a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance from the University of Sherbrooke.
He is the founder of Pivot Capital, a company specializing in mortgage brokerage, registered as Agence KPV Inc. with Quebec’s Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) since December 2023.
His diverse background—including experience in mergers and acquisitions, law, finance, valuation, and real estate development—gives him a unique perspective on the Quebec real estate market.
